We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beauty services while fostering a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various beauty services, coupled with your ability to mentor our academy therapist, will contribute to the overall success of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the beauty industry.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in various beauty techniques.
• Experience in mentoring or training staff is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in salon management or front desk operations is beneficial.

• Provide high-quality beauty services including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage and lash services to meet client needs.
• Mentor and train academy therapist, sharing your knowledge and skills to enhance their development.
• Manage daily operations at the salon, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences.
• Perform makeup application and eyelash extensions as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment.
