POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy with a minimum of 3 years experience in a salon setting with a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to a dynamic and thriving salon/spa environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a portfolio of successful beauty treatments.
• NVQ level 3 and above
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a beauty salon.
• Experience in BIAB gel nails, Lycon/ Hot Waxing an advantage.
• LVL Lash Lift, HD Brows is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalised recommendations.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including gel nails, lycon waxing, facials, massages, and other specialised services such as laser hair removal.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalised care to ensure a memorable experience for every client.
• Maintain a clean and organised treatment room and adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
