an experienced Senior Beauty therapist who has at least 2 years of experience in role, working to the highest standards, while offering excellent standards of customer service. Applicants must be flexible to work evenings and weekends. The main purpose of this role is to offer exceptional services in Manicure/Pedicure treatments, Gel polish, Builder gel and extension along with brow and facial experience application and to provide the highest level of customer service and drive maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, committed and dedicated to
driving a business forward, the experience of working in a fast-paced retail
environment and service environment.

Primary Duties

• To ensure personal daily/ weekly sales targets are set and achieved.
• To offer exceptional standards in all beauty services with minimum 3 yrs experience.
• Services must include manicure/pedicure, Facials Extensions and nail Tinting and thread/waxing.
• Ensure 5* customer service is delivered at all times to deliver an amazing customer experience.
• Advantage would include beauty therapy training in brow wax/tint/thread
• Managing diary efficiently and to timings.
• Working effectively as part of a team.
• Achieve booking and rebooking rates and kpis set by counter managers.
• Create awareness of additional services and ensure that they are offered to customers.
• Recognise and compliment examples of service excellence
• To be aware and observe all company policies and procedures.
• Consult with head office in relation to stock holding and ensuring that stations have the stock that they require to carry out all services
• To ensure stocktaking is organised and prepared on time and in accordance with company procedures
• To assist with any other duties required by senior management.
• To represent the Company’s interests with all internal & external interactions.
• To observe confidentiality in respect of Company activities.
