We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team of professionals at our Islington location. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for performing flawless facials and waxing treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of beauty facials and waxing treatments according to established treatment protocols and client preferences.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their needs, provide personalised recommendations, and create customised treatment plans.
• Have an excellent understanding of skin anatomy and physiology.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare and beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide expert advice to clients and recommend suitable products for at-home care.
• Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business through excellent customer care.
• Mentor junior therapists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure they deliver services at the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including sterilising equipment, changing linens, and adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Promote and sell beauty products and additional services to clients, increasing revenue and enhancing the client experience.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in either a salon, day spa or aesthetic clinic.
• A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Weeknd availability is essential.
