Peach Tree Beauty Clinic is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Beauty Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality treatments and providing exceptional customer service. QUALIFICATIONS:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in a supervisory or senior position.
• Proficiency in a range of beauty treatments (as listed above), including all types of massage and waxing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

BEAUTY THERAPIST DUTIES:

• Perform a wide range of traditional beauty treatments, including:
• Massages (Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pregnancy)
• Waxing (including intimate hot waxing)
• Manicures & Pedicures (including gel application)
• Facials and Tinting
• Microdermabrasion, Radiofrequency, Microneedling
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Promote and educate clients about products and aftercare.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations.
