Senior Therapist- Center Home Based Services Randolph, MA Daytime and Early Evening Hours Available | Full-Time Support. Empower. Inspire. Make a real impact as a Senior Therapist at our Randolph Center by providing 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build social, communication, and play skills. Collaborate with a supportive BCBA team while customizing fun, evidence-based treatment. As a Senior Therapist you will have the opportunity to earn both restricted and unrestricted hours while making a difference every day! What You’ll do, your impact Implement individualized treatment plans for your caseload or as a floater in our center-based programs. Collect and document data daily, tracking client progress and outcomes. Collaborate with BCBAs to evaluate procedures, conduct assessments, and recommend skill-building goals. Assist in scheduling, staff support, and maintaining smooth center operations. Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and promoting high-quality treatment delivery. What You’ll Bring Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required) Education: High School Diploma Certification: RBT Certification required Experience: At least 1 year of ABA experience with children, especially those with developmental disabilities Team Player: Collaborates effectively while also working independently to achieve shared goals Child Interaction: Comfortable supporting children, including managing challenging behaviors safely Professionalism: Maintains clear boundaries with families and supervisors; receptive to feedback Growth Mindset: Willingness to contribute to program development and implement evidence-based practices Why Join Us?
