WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience delivering behavior therapy servicesues
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writingExperience with autistic kids/preschoolers are preferred

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Behavior Therapist at Cotyledon Therapy Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavioural therapy services to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients (open to part-time applicants as well - salary range indication is for full-time).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior therapyMentor and provide guidance to junior members of the therapy team
