We are seeking a passionate Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (Advanced level) looking to step into a Clinical Lead position with a competitive salary based on experience! This role will be responsible for a large team of Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple states.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical and financial performance for the Positive Behaviour Support teams in your assigned states.
  • Provide a high level of discipline-specific leadership across the team to support the development of our BSP supervisors – including travel to sites.
  • Provide evidence-based clinical support that is in-line with NDIS guidelines and Better Rehab policy and procedures.
  • Identify areas of development for the clinical team as needed and liaising internally to ensure development needs are met, including facilitation of in-services.
  • Oversee quality assurance for your team, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Lead.
  • Assess resources within your state and liaise with the internal team/National Clinical Lead to close resource gaps.
  • Development of key projects for the discipline.
  • Provide input into Behaviour Support policies and procedures.
