SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the HRIS, Operations & Benefits Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the efficient administration of full benefits program including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental benefit plans, 401k and pension plans. The incumbent manages the broker/vendors relationships, Bank’s annual Open Enrollment process and is involved in determining the Human Resources benefits operating budget.
