In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the administration of health and welfare benefit programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will serve as a vital contact for employees and managers, provide support in leave processes, and enhance employee experience through effective communication and collaboration. This role is crucial in maintaining streamlined operations in a fully remote environment, allowing for effective engagement and support of our workforce. \n Accountabilities Administer day-to-day health and welfare benefits including new hire enrollments and terminations. Conduct ongoing eligibility and dependent audits to ensure accurate billing. Lead annual and mid-year enrollment processes and ensure data validation. Manage COBRA events and ensure compliance with notices and processes. Maintain benefit plan documentation and coordinate updates with stakeholders. Track ACA data and support annual reporting processes. Manage leave administration lifecycle and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Partner with HRBPs on leave planning and return-to-work strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and leave management. Experience with modern HRIS/benefits platforms. Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance regulations. Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and data integrity. Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach. Strong Excel skills for data reporting and trend analysis.
