Job Description: As a Senior BI Analyst at Skillz, you will play a key role in building a trusted data ecosystem, driving analytical insights, and enabling data-backed decision-making. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, actionable insights, streamline reporting, and develop scalable data models that influence business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Align dashboards with updated logic and definitions; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting. Provide weekly KPI commentary and explain business performance trends to stakeholders. Audit, consolidate, and streamline dashboards to improve reliability and reduce redundancy. Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive measurable business impact. Build reusable Snowflake models and automate key dashboards and business review reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance drivers and share actionable recommendations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; experience with Snowflake or Python preferred. Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and performance measurement frameworks. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business narratives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving outcomes. Experience or passion for the gaming industry preferred. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (preferred, not required).
