POSITION: SENIOR BI ANALYST

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Analyst to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business growth. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence systems, as well as providing strategic recommendations to drive efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis
• Experience as a Business Analyst - gathering requirements and working with business units
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience working with Relational Databases
• Experience working with large ERP Systems including FP&M (Oracle, JDE, SAP etc)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, actionable insights to drive business growth

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence systems, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reports
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members
