REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, OAC, OAS, OBIEE, Grafana) and data modeling techniques, ideally with relevant certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, ideally as a consultant.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with a proven track record of supporting successful deliveries.
• MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or other related field.
• Fully fluent in Norwegian (minimum B2) and English.
