VANRATH is excited to be working with a leading Construction company in Belfast to recruit a Bid Writer.
Location: Belfast Office - Hybrid working - 3 days in Office & 2 days at Home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow core business systems and policies throughout your area of responsibility
  • Liaise with the Senior Management Team to develop winning bid strategie
  • Effectively coordinate the drafting, preparation, and submission of client-ready documents to achieve agreed business objectives
  • Report regularly to the Bid Director on the progress of each Pre-Qualification and Tender against agreed deadlines
  • Engage in bid kick-offs and finalisations
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as necessary
  • Continually review and improve Pre-Qualification / Bid Submissions
  • Gather relevant information on projects and core activities to develop the bid library
  • As necessary, liaise with in-house subject matter experts, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain relevant or additional information necessary for submission development

About You

  • Experience in similar role
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Programmes, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
