Our client, a major player in group insurance, is leading a transformation project involving the implementation of a new management platform. In this context, we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge of group insurance products, processes and regulations. This key role is to ensure that the implemented solution meets the operational realities and requirements of the sector.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a reference in group insurance for the entire project, providing in-depth expertise on products, pricing, billing, membership and benefit management.
- Ensure the translation of business needs into clear and realistic requirements, adapted to the best practices of the market.
- Collaborate closely with the business, IT and architecture teams to ensure consistency between business processes and the implemented solution.
- Participate in process analysis, design and validation workshops to optimize the integration of the new platform.
- Identify gaps between current processes and new solutions, and propose adjustments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide an advisory role to stakeholders on the regulatory and contractual implications specific to group insurance.
- Contribute to the change management and training strategy by supporting internal teams in the adoption of the new solution.
- Support the testing and validation phases by ensuring that the features delivered meet business requirements and industry standards.
