Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As our Senior Billing Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our billing operations are spot-on, efficient and fully compliant. You’ll dive into billing data, identify trends and optimise processes to keep things running smoothly. Your expertise will support key billing initiatives, helping drive Cuckoo’s success and make sure our customers always get the best experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Billing Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for broadband, wireless and telecom services. You’ll be the one who keeps everything running smoothly!
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Dig into customer billing data to spot discrepancies, uncover trends and find new opportunities to improve the billing process. Your knack for detail will help us continuously level up.
  • Dispute Resolution: Be the go-to person for resolving billing disputes, working hand-in-hand with our customer service and sales teams to quickly clear up any issues and keep our customers happy.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure everything stays on track by meeting regulatory requirements, adhering to internal policies and following industry best practices.
  • IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to make sure our billing system is running at its best. You’ll help solve system issues and optimize features to make the whole process even more efficient.
  • Revenue Assurance & Reporting: Create and review reports that dive into revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and financial performance. You’ll help us stay on top of key metrics that drive business success.
  • Audit & Regulatory Support: Assist with audits and regulatory reviews, providing all the necessary documentation and explanations to ensure everything passes with flying colours.
  • Process Improvement: Play a crucial role in developing and rolling out new billing policies and procedures to streamline our operations, to keep everything running smoothly.
