BIM COORDINATOR SKILLS:

• A strong foundation in MEP services coordination.
• At least 5+ years of practical experience working with Revit, Navisworks, and federated model environments.
• Confidence leading coordination and troubleshooting workflows across BIM teams.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and rendering tools for visual outputs.
• A sharp eye for detail when it comes to both graphical content and embedded data.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, while knowing when to collaborate and bring others into the loop.
