In this role, you will lead the design and modeling of complex wet utilities systems using advanced BIM technologies, ensuring efficient and sustainable urban infrastructure solutions. Develop and oversee 3D BIM models for wet utilities projects, including water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wet utilities designs with other infrastructure components Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations for wet utilities design Optimize designs for efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness Mentor and guide junior engineers in BIM best practices and wet utilities design principles Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for assigned projects Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models and design outputs Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM technology and wet utilities engineering Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in BIM design for wet utilities projects Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D Strong knowledge of wet utilities systems design and engineering principles Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations for wet utilities Proven experience in project management and leading design teams Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Experience mentoring junior engineers Expertise in sustainable water management practices and urban infrastructure design Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
