The project: Our Mobility team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior BIM Manager to join our mobility team in Iceland. You’ll be responsible for: Supporting project teams across the full lifecycle. Directing BIM execution, governance, and assurance. Developing information requirements and digital handover strategy. Maintaining ISO 19650 compliance and standards. Enhance BIM processes through technology and continuous improvement. Managing object libraries and ACC integration. Training, mentoring, and upskilling stakeholders. Building strong relationships and support net‑zero objectives. You’ll need to have: Extensive BIM management experience on major programmes, with strong Autodesk Revit and ACC expertise. Advanced knowledge of digital tools, content libraries, databases, and validation technologies. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and problem‑solving capability. Level 6 qualification essential; Level 7 desirable. Responsibilities
The Senior BIM Manager will direct BIM execution, governance, and assurance while developing information requirements and digital handover strategies. They are also responsible for maintaining ISO 19650 compliance and mentoring stakeholders to enhance BIM processes through technology.
