Senior BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining BIM content, specifically parametric families and components, to support project design, documentation, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Responsible for QA/QC of content created in-house and manages the sandbox repository of content under review prior to moving to the Arcadis libraries, to support the firm-wide standaradization of component libraries. Role accountabilities: * Creation and management of parametric BIM families/components. * Adherence to company BIM standards, protocols and client requirements * Work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution * Quality assurance and continious improvement of component libraries * Be familiar with Arcadis drafting standards and national drafting standards including Arcadis BIM protocols * Have an understanding of the modelling of multiple elements of a project and how it ultimately interfaces with the client * Check and verify that quality requirements have been achieved in accordance with Arcadis systems * Explore automation tools to streamline work, research and development in new trends, tools and processes. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses / Technical Certification relating to BIM.  * Preferably 3 years of experience in working with Revit, with a focus on family and content creation.  * Advance proficiency in Autodesk Revit  * Job experience in design consulting firm is required. * Familiarity with architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods. * Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650) is an advantage.  * Experience with Dynamo or other visual scripting tools for automation is an advantage.  Why Arcadis?
