COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Revida Water is revolutionizing water reuse in the food and agriculture sectors. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable treatment systems that turn industrial wastewater into clean, reusable water and valuable byproducts.
We’re seeking an experienced, self-directed Biochemist or Lab Manager to take full ownership of our water testing and microbial analysis lab. You’ll be expected to lead lab operations, expand testing protocols, and mentor junior team members. This is not an entry-level or training-heavy role—we’re looking for someone ready to elevate our lab to the next level.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or related field
✅ 3+ years of hands-on lab experience in environmental or biological testing
✅ Demonstrated ability to independently run and manage a laboratory
✅ Strong data analysis and math skills to convert test results into process insights
✅ Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
✅ Skilled in water quality testing, microbial analysis, and laboratory documentation

ROLE OVERVIEW:

You’ll manage all aspects of lab operations—from testing and analysis to protocol development and team supervision. You’ll work closely with engineers and leadership to support system optimization and lead efforts to expand the lab’s capabilities. Role can turn into full-time for the right candidate within a few months.
