Due to the nature of work that Sonic Healthcare UK undertakes, our clients require that Employees filling certain roles, need, as part of their on-boarding to complete a DBS Check. This role falls in to the category of requiring a DBS check (standard)

Responsibilities

We are a looking for a suitably experienced SBMS (Blood Sciences) to take ownership of the operational, quality and clinical leadership of Haematology and Biochemistry. Applicants will have significant experience in one of these disciplines, with appropriate qualifications (MSc). The role will require at minimum day to day overview of processes including training, troubleshooting, operational reporting and trending, management of incidents, change controls, assets, risk and documentation, inspection preparation and readiness. The role encompasses multidisciplinary working environment. Further delegation and opportunities for Training Officer/ Quality Representative and People management opportunities would be available.
