Role Responsibilities: Dissection of RCPath A-E specimens Lead a team of BMS staff, expanding the repertoire and upskilling the team to deliver a top-class service. Opportunity to develop expertise in FISH enumeration, ER/PR/Her2, and MMR reporting. Requires a hands-on approach to service development and operational excellence, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. A minimum of 4 years of experience working at band 6 or 7 level, ideally in histopathology with immunohistochemistry or molecular diagnostics. Proficiency or willingness to train in specialized reporting areas (FISH, ER/PR/Her2, MMR). A proactive attitude toward training and mentoring junior staff and contributing to service development. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
