JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a meticulous and insightful Senior Biostatistician to leverage clinical and financial data, employing advanced analytical tools to bolster our proactive compliance processes. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design of analytical protocols, conduct comprehensive analyses, derive well-supported conclusions, and formulate strategic recommendations. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential risk areas, evaluating program effectiveness, and determining return on investment. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert consultation and guidance on complex analysis projects, crafting compelling quantitative data displays, reports, and presentations that drive decisive action from leadership and staff.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-5 years relevant experience
  • 2+ years as a statistician
  • Master’s Degree e.g. MPH, MHA, MBA, MS, MA (Master Degree in Statistics or Biostatistics preferred) or Ph.D.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of R software, utilizing its full potential for statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrate advanced capabilities in reporting/BI Platforms, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess intermediate capabilities in SQL, enabling efficient data extraction and manipulation.
