Brian Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac is looking to hire an experienced, high energy, organized Senior Body Shop Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ability to meet and greet customers and establish rapport.
Ability to estimate cost and price of needed vehicle repairs and to train team members in this ability.
Knowledge of the preparation, processing and interpretation of repair orders.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
Ability to maintain quality control of body shop repairs.
Ability to communicate with insurance companies during the estimating process to ensure coverage of all necessary repairs.
Accurately estimate particular repair jobs, resulting in earning work, assuring customer enthusiasm, and gaining profits for the Body Shop Department.
Update customer and insurance companies on repair status.
Monitor efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality of repairs.
Process all insurance company claims in a timely matter.
Effectively coach, train, and supervise our Body Shop Team

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years experience in the Auto Body Collision Industry
Minimum 2 years Body Shop Management experience
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong computer and leadership skills
