POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Admin to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to help ensure our office runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably in a public accounting setting)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of Canadian accounting and tax principles
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems is an asset
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 per week
