We are seeking a motivated & dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum Cert IV in Bookkeeping
• A minimum 5 years Bookkeeping Experience in Australia
• Highly competent in the use of computers and integrated software
• Experience in at least one of the following:

• Providing bookkeeping services for a range of clients across multiple accounting platforms including MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks Online
• Processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for clients to set deadlines
• Accounts receivable for clients, this may include contacting debtors and chasing up bad debts
• Accounts payable, processing and matching payments for clients
• Sales Invoicing / debtor maintenance and setup
• Bank transaction processing and reconciliation
• BAS and IAS preparation
• Superannuation reconciliation and lodgement
• Software set up, integrations and client training
