ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to oversee financial operations for our growing group of businesses. You’ll take ownership of monthly reporting, HMRC compliance, and payroll, while acting as a key liaison between directors, accountants, and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence—perfect for a detail-oriented professional ready to elevate our finance function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Produce Monthly P&Ls – Prepare and analyse management accounts for group subsideries
✔ Resolve and manager HMRC – Lead VAT/PAYE investigations and negotiate payment plans for efficiencies
✔ PAYE & Payroll – Oversee RTI submissions, NICs, and payroll processing.
✔ Team Leadership – Train junior staff and streamline bookkeeping processes.
✔ Stakeholder Management – Advise directors, support accountants, and liaise with auditors/banks.
