Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

Precision Markings is a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Bookkeeper to join our team. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong bookkeeping and administrative experience to handle financial records, payroll, invoicing and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of QuickBooks accounting, including data entry and account reconciliation
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as needed
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with QuickBooks
  • Previous work with booking in the construction industry and holdbacks
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, invoicing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
