Responsibilities

THE ROLE: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

This is a hands-on, senior-level bookkeeping role with room to lead. You’ll support a portfolio of small business clients with full-cycle bookkeeping and will have the opportunity to contribute to internal improvements, mentorship, and client success strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain accurate financial records: reconciliations, payroll, payables, receivables, GST/PST, and year-end prep in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)
  • Serve as a trusted resource and knowledge base for junior staff
  • Help streamline internal workflows and bookkeeping systems
  • Collaborate with clients directly, offering reliable support and strong relationship management
  • Assist with general administrative tasks: managing the reception area, inbox coordination, and filing systems
