ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Boomi Developer and Integrations Specialist for a contract position with a state government agency’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Services (EPMS) team. The primary focus of this role is to design, implement, and maintain integrations with Orbus Infinity, enabling seamless data flow across various systems and applications.
This is a key role that requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Dell Boomi platform and a passion for solving complex integration challenges.
Please note: This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to be onsite in Raleigh, NC, three days a week. There is a strong preference for candidates currently located in the Raleigh area.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather integration requirements, including source-to-target mappings and data flow architectures.
• Design scalable and efficient Boomi integrations, develop APIs, and create detailed technical specifications.
• Develop, configure, and test integrations on the Boomi platform, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Build complex mapping structures using multiple transformations.
• Interpret business issues and recommend integration solutions and best practices.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, and flowcharts.
• Work as a hands-on member of the development team, contributing to programming and design.
