Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain points Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption Work closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution deals Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS Presale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finish Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities
