We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Head to lead our visa and immigration services branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for branch operations, business development, staff management, and ensuring excellent client service.
* Oversee day-to-day branch operations including visa consulting, documentation, and client handling.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of visa consultants and support staff.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets for the branch.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, immigration regulations, and ethical standards.
* Develop business strategies to increase client base and maintain strong relationships with partners, educational institutions, and embassies.
* Monitor performance reports, handle escalated client issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality and productivity.
* Prepare and present branch performance reports to management.
* Represent the company in seminars, education fairs, and industry events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the visa/immigration/overseas education industry
• Strong knowledge of student visas, work permits, PR, and immigration processes for major destinations (Canada, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
