ABOUT THE POSITION Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you deliver exceptional service to our members as the primary contact for members regarding the status of their account and any escalation. Assist members in setting up new business, consumer, and IRA accounts. Resolve account related concerns, provide general credit union information, intake and follow up on consumer loan applications excluding residential mortgage lending. Rotates to perform branch duties to include MSR activities. Act on notary requests. Expand member relationships through offering appropriate products and services. We provide full comprehensive training for the operational aspects of the role. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Compensation Range:$21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills* Location: * On‑site at our Muhlenberg Branch - located at 4245 N. 5th St. Hwy in Temple, PA. What You'll Do: * Deliver exceptional service to our members as the primary contact for members regarding the status of their account and any escalation. * Assist members in setting up new business, consumer, and IRA accounts. * Resolve account related concerns, provide general credit union information, intake and follow up on consumer loan applications excluding residential mortgage lending. * Rotates to perform branch duties to include MSR activities. * Act on notary requests. * Expand member relationships through offering appropriate products and services. What success looks like: * Members leave every interaction feeling confident, supported, and valued—knowing their needs were fully understood and resolved accurately the first time * Builds strong, ongoing relationships with members and actively identifies opportunities to deepen those relationships through relevant products and services * Contributes to branch growth by supporting sales and service goals, bringing energy and ownership to helping the team achieve strong, consistent results * Serves as a reliable, positive presence on the team—fostering collaboration, supporting peers, and helping create a culture that is solution-oriented and encouraging * Demonstrates initiative and accountability by proactively following up, resolving complex issues, and stepping in where needed to ensure a seamless branch and member experience Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience. * Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role. * Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs as well as with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc. * Prioritizes teamwork and accountability, consistently supporting peers and contributing to a high-performing, unified team * Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and drive—takes initiative to support branch goals and actively contributes to overall performance * Brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset that helps foster a collaborative and encouraging team environment * Builds strong relationships quickly and naturally, with a genuine passion for engaging members and the community * Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experience. * Bilingual in Spanish Required *A passing verbal assessment of language proficiency will be required during onboarding process.* Preferred Qualifications: * Associate degree preferred. * Two to four years’ experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.
