Responsibilities

Reporting to the head of Brand Activation, this position will cultivate engagement strategies that increase brand advocacy across the enterprise. This individual contributor will leverage various touchpoints to drive adoption of our enterprise brand strategy and identity, ensuring brand cohesion and increased brand value. Additionally, this position will be tasked with reimagining the enterprise brand steward program, including driving automation and AI technologies to gain efficiencies and drive effectiveness. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY or San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work schedule. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Lead Marketing Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop strategies and processes to drive brand adoption and advocacy at all levels and audiences
  • Reimagine and redesign the brand steward program by incorporating automation as well as AI technology to streamline management processes, gaining efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the head of Brand Strategy and the head of Brand Design & Experience to scale our brand strategy and visual identity systems across the enterprise to ensure adoption
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand stewardship and enablement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest brand management, automation, and AI technology tends/best practices
