You work at the intersection of brand, content, thought leadership, and external communication. You are strategic enough to critically examine topics, channels, and formats, and hands-on enough to write, produce, edit, and launch content yourself.
- You plan, manage and produce our content for all relevant channels and formats – including LinkedIn, website, blog, podcast, whitepaper, as well as speaking engagements and events.
- You write, edit and refine content yourself – from LinkedIn posts and website texts to case studies and blog articles, as well as podcast descriptions, speaker profiles and presentation content.
- You think about visuals, presentations, social assets and simple photo/video formats and can implement smaller content productions yourself or brief them clearly.
- You'll exchange ideas with our corporate creators and C-level executives on personal brands, thought leadership, topics, tone, and format ideas.
- You will be responsible for the editorial management of our podcast, from guest research and briefings to publication and accompanying communication.
- You ensure that getpress presents itself consistently, in a high-quality and distinctive manner across all touchpoints, in language, look, dramaturgy and quality.
- You observe how our content performs, derive learnings from them, and contribute your own ideas on how we can further develop formats, channels, and messages.
- You also represent getpress externally – at events, in networks and in places where branding is created through genuine contact.
Who you areYou have several years of experience in communication, brand, content or PR, ideally in a B2B environment and in an agency or service-oriented context.Furthermore, the following defines you:
- A keen sense for language, tone, and quality. You quickly recognize when a text, performance, or format truly works.
- You think strategically, but you don't get lost in concepts. Your goal is to create visibility.
- You have fully grasped LinkedIn, Organic Social and Personal Branding and know how to create real brand impact.
- You can prioritize topics, assess communication measures, and independently structure editorial plans.
- A good eye for design, aesthetics and brand consistency, also in slides, social assets, website elements and event content.
- You are comfortable working with tools like Canva and have no fear of using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Lightroom, or simple editing workflows.
- You have basic photo and video skills or are keen to learn simple in-house content production.
- You work confidently with AI tools and use them for better research, briefings, structure, workflows, variations and quality, not as a shortcut to generic content.
- You have your own opinion, give clear feedback, and actively participate in sparring with the team and C-level, instead of just processing tasks.
What to expect
- Full Ownership: You are the only person in this role with us and shape brand and content without duplicate structures, with a direct line to the C-level.

- The opportunity to try out new tools, formats and ways of working – especially at the intersection of brand, content and AI.
- A team that is ambitious, warm and agile, and really keen to move things forward.
- You will be regularly needed on-site in Berlin – for coordination, content production, events, and close collaboration with key stakeholders. At the same time, you can also work remotely. We value flexible work models with a high degree of autonomy, clear communication, and trust.
- Salary: €60,000–€70,000 gross annually
