Job Summary: The Senior Brand Consultant will lead the creation and launch of sweetspot, a new brand within the Click portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for defining, shaping, and delivering a complete brand identity and go-to-market foundation within a short, focused engagement. The consultant will own brand strategy and execution end-to-end, working closely with the Click Marketing team, product stakeholders, and external design and production partners to deliver a cohesive, market-ready brand across digital, sales, and social channels. This role is outcome-driven and delivery-focused, with clearly defined assets and milestones over a three-month period. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Identity Lead the development and finalization of the sweetspot brand identity, ensuring alignment with Click’s overall brand architecture while clearly differentiating sweetspot in the market Revise and finalize: sweetspot logo Color palette and typography Visual identity system Brand guidelines (usage, tone, messaging principles) Website & Digital Presence Own the design direction and content framework for the sweetspot website, working with internal stakeholders and external design/development partners Deliver or oversee creation of: Homepage About Us page 3–4 product pages Demo / conversion-focused pages Ensure clarity of positioning, value proposition, and consistent brand storytelling across all pages Sales & Enablement Assets Define and oversee creation of key sales and product marketing assets, including: Product presentation / pitch deck Demo scripts and structure Demo videos (in collaboration with video and design partners) Ensure assets are aligned to buyer journeys and sales use cases Social Media & Brand Presence Establish the sweetspot social media strategy, including: Channel selection and positioning Brand voice and tone Content themes and launch approach Provide guidance or initial content frameworks to enable ongoing execution by the Click Marketing team Partner & Stakeholder Management Act as the senior point of contact for external design, web, and creative agencies Brief, manage, and review agency output to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery Collaborate closely with Click Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align priorities and approvals Key Deliverables (3-Month Contract) Final sweetspot logo, visual identity, and brand guidelines Fully designed and content-ready sweetspot website (core pages) Sales presentation and demo assets (including video) Defined and documented social media strategy for sweetspot Handover documentation to support post-contract execution Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand consulting, or senior brand marketing roles Proven track record of building or re-launching brands from the ground up, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments Strong experience working with and directing external agencies and creative partners Deep understanding of brand systems, digital experiences, and go-to-market storytelling Experience creating sales-enablement and product marketing assets for commercial teams Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with senior stakeholders Skills & Attributes Strategic brand thinker with strong execution capability Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills Highly organized, delivery-focused, and deadline-driven Confident senior presence with the ability to challenge and guide stakeholders Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and outcomes Worker Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Number of Openings Available: 0 Click is the only complete marketing technology solution that is natively integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
