The department of the Vice-President External Engagement coordinates UCL’s engagement with a range of audiences, raising the university’s profile and influence, and managing its reputation. It is a service-driven function made up of communications and marketing professionals who deliver sector-leading media relations, public affairs, institutional communications, brand and integrated marketing, student recruitment, and events.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

UCL are seeking a strategic and creative thinker who will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating UCL’s new brand vision.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, the role will play a pivotal role in activating the new brand, leading the work of multiple agencies simultaneously, managing relationships with internal stakeholders on all brand related projects.
They will lead key streams of the brand refresh project including developing the brand architecture, governance and processes, brand activation and rollout across multiple platforms. They will be responsible for establishing creative brand services provision, which will include identifying stakeholder needs, processes, tools and governance structure.
