Description
Develops strategies and plans to promote products and services to individuals or other organizations. Supports business growth via creative development, market research, and disseminating materials that promote a favorable view of offerings. Responsible for being the creative photography resource on a team of designers, content managers, photo producers and Marketing counterparts to drive creation of compelling concepts and images for the Nike Brand. Drive creative direction for product photography as an expert on current trends relevant to the photo design discipline. Typical Capabilities Scope: Multiple teams, smaller projects/ programs, and/or mid-size external customers. Complexity: Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues. Problem Solving: Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions. Knowledge & Skills: Senior professional role. Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
