About the Role We’re hiring our first Senior Brand Designer to join our newly established Growth & Marketing team. You will own the visual identity of ExaCare AI, from the ExACare AI website to every campaign, event, and product launch. You’ll help establish and scale our brand in the market through distinctive campaigns, a best-in-class website, memorable events, sharp product storytelling, and a clear, consistent visual system. We’re looking for a senior IC who wants real brand and creative ownership, not a narrow execution role. You’ll work across nearly every aspect of growth and marketing and help drive real business outcomes through design. You’ll be the person who defines what “on-brand” means at ExaCare AI, raises the creative bar across the company, and helps bring ideas and campaigns to life. You’ve owned brand and creative direction at an earlier-stage company, built strong design system foundations, and shipped work with exceptional craft and judgment. You know how to move from ambiguity to concept to polished execution. This is a low-ego, high-output environment. We’re looking for someone with high standards, strong taste, a bias to action, and deep pride in their craft. What You’ll Do Lead creative across campaigns and launches: Own the creative behind every launch, campaign, event, and public moment, from the initial concept to the final asset. Support growth and marketing initiatives: Be involved in everything from long-term brand strategy to one-off design requests to paid ad creative, and everything in between. Own the brand system: Evolve our visual identity into a more robust design system across the entire company, allowing everyone to be a builder of high-quality, on-brand assets. Own the visual identity of the ExaCare AI website: Lead the visual design of our website, treating it as a creative medium, not an execution task. Help us scale production across the website, while maintaining, and further developing, our high design standards. Be the brand and creative voice in the room: Show up to cross-functional conversations with a strong perspective, helping PMM translate messaging into something worth looking at, helping Growth land campaigns that truly resonate, and pushing the founders on what the ExaCare AI brand should look and feel like. Manage external creative partners when needed: Direct freelancers, agencies, illustrators, animators, photographers, or production vendors to extend capacity while maintaining quality and consistency. Use AI to increase leverage: Experiment with AI-native workflows that improve ideation, production speed, and creative scale, without sacrificing quality. What You’ll Bring Experience: 6+ years in brand design, visual design, or creative roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, health tech, or another fast-moving technology environment. You’ve operated as a senior individual contributor with meaningful ownership. Technical craft: Expert-level fluency in Figma, with strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, systems thinking, and production across digital, web, paid, social, events, and print. Creative range: Your portfolio shows conceptual thinking, not just execution. You’ve designed campaigns with a distinct point of view. You’re also able to move easily from brand identity to a paid ad to a large-scale event, flexing your creative range. Strong taste: You truly feel like you know what “good” looks like, and more importantly, you can articulate why clearly. You’re able to tell the difference between a design problem and a messaging problem. Concepting ability: You can take an unpolished creative brief and come back with something specific and surprising. You want to be deeply involved in idea generation, not just execution. Brand system depth: You’ve built or matured a visual identity system, and enabled an organization to move faster with high-quality creative production. Web design fluency: You understand responsive design, UX implications, web production constraints, and where motion can elevate or distract. You need to be able to design in a way that translates into a clean development handoff (we use Sanity as our CMS). AI-native workflows: You use AI tools to move faster and think bigger. You’ve experimented with what’s useful, what’s not, and are constantly tinkering with new products. Responsibilities
