Our 15-member team consists of UX designers, UI designers, motion designers, researchers, writers, and strategists. The company is very design-driven, and the UX maturity is above average. HERE> https://shorturl.at/luR69 The Role We are currently searching for a highly skilled and passionate Senior or Lead Brand Designer. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding design skills on: Brand identity Iconography Simple minimalistic design Brand design strategy Motion and/or 3D expertise is a significant advantage Please note that this role would not be dedicated to Marketing, but rather to brand identities. Critical thinking, a strategic mindset, and the ability to focus on the big picture rather than individual touchpoints are essential qualities for this role. This position is open for remote work. However, we offer an excellent relocation package for those willing to relocate and can also consider an initial remote collaboration and a later relocation **Only applications with a shared portfolio are taken into consideration. 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Brand Designer, and/or Motion designer, mainly in in-house or branding design studios. Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective communication with all stakeholders. This is a multi-country role within a multinational team. You have a portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented Brand designs (not conceptual) showcasing the delivery of successful projects to the market. Work across both corporate brand and product to create cohesion and visually unify the company as one. Update old assets to represent the company’s new brand identity. Elevate, simplify and modernise outdated designs. Support the product design team by providing branded imagery, iconography, and general graphics to ensure a cohesive and powerful visual system across brand and product. Understanding brand design as a strategic vehicle to convey a simple and effective message.
