Job Summary As the Senior Brand Manager B2B Marketing, you will own and shape apna’s employer-facing brand strategy. You will lead the development of a compelling B2B narrative that resonates with SMBs, enterprises, HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners across India. This role requires strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and execution excellence across campaigns, content, partnerships, and employer brand touchpoints. You will work closely with leadership, product marketing, sales, PR, and growth teams to drive awareness, consideration, and trust for apna as the hiring partner of choice. Key Responsibilities B2B Brand Strategy Define and evolve apna’s employer brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments Build a clear, differentiated B2B brand narrative aligned with apna’s business goals and growth priorities Integrated Campaign Leadership Conceptualize and lead high-impact B2B brand campaigns across digital, content, social, PR, events, and offline channels Own end-to-end campaign execution from insight and creative brief to launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis Creative and Content Excellence Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver sharp, insight-led, and culturally relevant B2B creatives Oversee employer-focused content such as case studies, thought leadership, reports, brand films, and sales enablement assets Employer Marketing and Partnerships Build and scale strategic partnerships with industry bodies, communities, media platforms, and influencers relevant to HRs and business owners Support employer-focused initiatives such as podcasts, webinars, roundtables, and industry events to strengthen brand credibility Research and Brand Health Lead brand health tracking, employer NPS, and market research to understand perception, usage drivers, and gaps Translate insights into actionable brand and communication strategies Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product marketing, sales, PR, growth, and analytics teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all employer touchpoints Support go-to-market strategies for new employer products and offerings Measurement and Impact Define and track B2B brand KPIs including awareness, consideration, trust, and preference Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, channels, and investments Requirements Experience 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing or B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups Prior experience working on employer, SMB, or enterprise-focused brands is a strong plus Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field MBA preferred Strategic and Creative Strength Strong brand storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex offerings into compelling narratives Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and creative processes Analytical and Insight-driven Comfortable working with brand metrics, research, and performance data to guide decisions Execution and Leadership Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of India’s diverse business and cultural landscape What We Offer High-impact role: Shape the employer brand of one of India’s fastest-growing platforms Ownership and visibility: Work closely with senior leadership on strategic brand initiatives Learning and growth: Exposure to large-scale B2B marketing, research, and category-building Collaborative culture: A fast-paced, high-ownership environment with strong cross-functional collaboration At apna.co, you will not just market a product.
