EDUCATION & JOB KNOWLEDGE:

  • Post-secondary education equivalent to a university degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with Nielsen market share data preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Trend Services/Publications (WGSN, Beautystreams, Stylus)
  • Exposure and experience with industry Trade Shows (Cosmoprof, The Makeup Show, ECRM)
  • Experience in competitive & trend market shops (Canada, USA, International)

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years in brand or category management, or equivalent experience preferably in Health and Beauty industry or retailer.

We are hiring a Senior Brand Manager, Beauty/HBA. Reporting directly to Senior Director, Beauty - the incumbent manages the sourcing, onboarding, and implementation of new National and Exclusive brands to increase market penetration, drive sales and profitability.
