Job Description
As the Senior Brand Manager for BiFi, you’ll be the driving force of all elements of the brand’s growth—from strategy and positioning to integrated brand campaigns (ATL/BTL), insights-led innovation launches, and tight collaboration with Sales, Category, Shopper marketing, and Operations teams. You will be a key member within this cross functional team, steering commercial performance, managing budgets, and leveraging consumer and market insights to ensure BiFi continues to outperform in store and on the go.
In this role, you’ll thrive by blending strategic thinking with creative execution while leading cross-functional projects, managing agencies and budgets, and delivering against ambitious commercial targets. Your drive, agility, resilience and consumer-centric mindset will help elevate BiFi’s relevance and market share.
Qualifications
We’d love to see that you’ve built your credentials with at least a bachelor’s degree, backed by a minimum of five to seven years in (FMCG) brand management—where you’ve led both compelling brand communications and innovation development from concept to market. You’re fluent in both Dutch and English and know the Dutch FMCG landscape inside out. Your track record includes delivering successful ATL and BTL campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, and launching new products with tangible commercial impact.
