Join Galderma’s dynamic team and lead the launch readiness for a groundbreaking Dermatology biologic asset in Australia. As Senior Brand Manager, you will drive key marketing strategies, manage cross-functional initiatives, and build impactful relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of the biologic product launch.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Launch:

  • Launch Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on the development of a comprehensive launch strategy that considers market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
  • Annual Brand Plan: Support the development of the Annual Brand Plan using market insights to address key challenges and opportunities in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align objectives, timelines, and resources across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Launch Execution & Monitoring: Lead the execution of launch activities, ensuring alignment with the plan and adjusting based on real-time performance data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), peak bodies, and patient advocacy groups, ensuring compliance and impactful collaborations.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable input to shape the launch strategy.

Post-Launch:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to maintain momentum post-launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer value.
  • KOL & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with medical teams to maintain and enhance KOL relationships, driving brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Cross-functional Team Leadership: Work with regional and global colleagues to ensure the Dermatology strategy is effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs to monitor brand performance, make data-driven adjustments, and ensure that the launch window is maximized.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical, Prescription, or Biologics industry in ANZ.
  • Expertise in biologics, dermatology, and/or rare disease launches.
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record in delivering results in biologics/oncology/rare disease launch readiness programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or science.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare landscape and market dynamics.
  • Experience in handling Annual Brand Plan development and post-launch marketing acceleration.
  • Strong ability to analyse and synthesize data for strategic decisions.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional and diverse teams.
