This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Brand Manager - DTC based in United States. This is a high-ownership commercial leadership role responsible for driving the performance of two fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands within a large-scale e-commerce ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end brand experience, including merchandising strategy, growth initiatives, pricing architecture, and profitability performance. Acting as the central connector across supply chain, growth marketing, product, and CRM teams, you will translate strategy into execution and ensure alignment across all commercial levers. The role is deeply data-driven, requiring a strong ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into actionable growth strategies. You will be accountable for outcomes such as revenue growth, margin expansion, AOV improvement, and attach rate optimization. This position is ideal for a commercially minded e-commerce operator who thrives in experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact decision-making. \n Accountabilities Own the full commercial performance of two DTC growth brands, including revenue, margin, sales mix, conversion, and attach rate outcomes. Define and execute merchandising and assortment strategies, including pricing, bundling, product mix, and promotional planning. Lead brand growth initiatives focused on improving conversion, increasing AOV, expanding premium mix, and optimizing funnel performance. Design and manage experimentation roadmaps in partnership with growth, product, and marketing teams to continuously improve performance. Serve as the key cross-functional leader connecting supply chain, product, CRM, and growth teams to ensure aligned execution. Oversee brand calendars, ensuring timely execution of launches, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives. Own brand positioning and expression, ensuring consistent and commercially effective storytelling across all channels. Requirements 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC brand management, merchandising, or growth-focused roles with increasing commercial responsibility. Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, margin improvement, conversion, and AOV expansion. Strong understanding of modern e-commerce ecosystems, including paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, merchandising, and post-purchase experience. Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks. Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments spanning supply chain, product, marketing, and operations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions and trade-offs. Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing without authority. Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous optimization in fast-moving environments.
