We are excited to offer the role of a Senior Brand Manager for Everyday Vitality & Formats in Australia.
The purpose of the role is to drive and execute the marketing strategies for the Everyday Vitality CGP and format agenda for Blackmores Australia. This role will be responsible for driving category growth and ensuring brand relevancy to deliver consistent and differentiated brand offerings which serve consumer needs.
This role will report to the Consumer Marketing Lead and is expected to work at least 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home. This role has an expectation of working in two of our work sites in NSW - Warriewood and Surry Hills due to regular collaboration work with various teams based in those sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing initiatives for the Everyday Vitality portfolio aligned with brand strategy for consumer impact and commercial success including media, communication, packaging & in store promotion.
  • Lead the development of the annual marketing plan for the Everyday Vitality portfolio and format strategy in AU.
  • Lead the strategy for new product launches. Use leadership skills to build strong connections across the business to deliver go-to-market plans that are best in class and generate excitement for the launches.
  • Management of an Assistant Brand Manager – ability to coach and develop them as well as manage workload across the team to deliver results.Development of through the line marketing plans, including the integration of retail customer plan
