Position: Senior Brand Manager
Location: Southwark, London, Hybrid
This is a standout opportunity to lead and grow two of our most important brands in the UK and Ireland: Elmlea, as we aim to double our Creams business, and ProActiv, our Better-For-You powerhouse. As an Senior Brand Manager, you’ll have full P&L ownership and be empowered to drive strategy across the full marketing mix (6Ps) — from insight-led communications to innovation, shopper activation and commercial alignment.
You’ll report directly to the UK & Ireland Head of Marketing and lead a small but high-impact team, working closely with local and central functions across Sales, RGM, Category, Innovation and R&D. This is a career-defining role in a high-energy, high-accountability environment — perfect for someone who thrives on ownership and delivering results.
