KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and gain approval of annual brand budgets and marketing plans (sales volume, revenue, advertising and promotions, profits) for Anlene.
  • Implement marketing plans (advertising and promotional activities) within budget and on-time, co-ordinating resources to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Identify and develop product and packaging improvement to ensure continued competitive advantage for Anlene.
  • Manage the development and production of advertising and promotional sales support materials.
  • Monitor and report progress against plans undertaking appropriate cost-benefit analysis of activities; undertake regular market and competitors’ analysis.
  • Determine sales and demand in line with the SOP process.
  • In conjunction with the operation team set inventory levels for the different families of products
  • Attend new production development meetings
  • Utilise research to help analysis and identify business opportunities
  • To involve in Product Management Review (PMR) IBP and weekly ITP discussion and responsible for Brand Management, Strategy, and execution.
  • To give input about Product management assumptions, KPIs, and product status update for PMR team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS;

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related commercially focused discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Consumer Marketing/dairy or FMCG.
  • Sound analytical and commercial awareness skills, experience in managing above and below the line brand marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • To ensure that marketing activities including strategic planning, development & formulation of the brand strategies to meet volume, revenue, profit and brand objectives in line with the strategic business plan.
