Experience Required

  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment
  • Global or regional marketing experience preferred with strong track record of performance in a matrixed organization
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L development and BME Management
  • Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory and global partners is preferred

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Global Cough & Cold Brand Development Team on a fixed term contract. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager – Global Cough & Cold.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies for cough & cold products
  • Deliver global brand assets and toolkits for priority markets and regions
  • Deliver winning executional plans through collaboration with other regions and priority markets to address meaningful opportunities
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of consistent and aligned comms, content, playbooks (influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with Science of Brand Growth principles.
  • Work closely with Regions and local market teams to help deliver long-term brand plans
  • Support delivery of brand pipelines ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs are met for BMC’s.
  • Deliver winning innovation launch plans through strong collaboration with segment leaders and BMC’s based on consumer needs.

Experience Required
